When Sam Fox’s twin brothers, Harry and Jordan, are carried off in a runaway hot air balloon, Sam tries to save them – only to end up trapped himself! What starts as a joy ride turns into a life-or-death struggle when Jordan is bitten by a Sydney funnel-web spider. Will Sam be able to land the balloon in time to save his brother?
Action has a new hero - Sam Fox! With a talent for attracting danger, Sam Fox is an expert at getting himself into (and out of) the most extreme situations. This series has a strong appeal with a courageous young hero and exotic settings and has non-stop action and short chapters which will engage reluctant readers.
From a parent:
I dare you to try pre-reading this book and be able to put it down after just one chapter.
About the author:
One of twelve children, Justin grew up on a farm in Otaki, New Zealand. He wrote his first book, a ten page cartoon about his pet turtle, Bubble, when he was nine years old.
