From a parent:Such a great lesson for kids who struggle with low self esteem or social anxiety. I love that the main character is in a wheelchair as well, making this book a great conversation starter for everything from understanding differences to believing in yourself.
From a teacher:We got this in today! I read it and teared up. It's a heart warming and touching story about a girl who goes to her first day of school and keeps trying different things to find friends. The end is amazing and you will love finding out what finally works to help her find a friend. I have a feeling this will be an award winner!
